A one adult wilderness camping checklist including extras you might need for survival in the wild. We’re not talking about 40 days in Siberia here. We’re talking about kit you might need when you’re not going to be going to a camp site for a few days and will need to augment your provisions with some foraged and caught food.

The list is base on the Hiking list, with a few additions for hunting /fishing / foraging.

The wilderness camping checklist is no substitute for knowledge and practice in outdoor situations. When you go on a normal camping trip it’s a good idea to take some of these extra items and practice using them, so if you’re ever in a survival situation you’ll have experience to draw on.

For obvious reasons, unless the hunting weapons are legal to own and carry in the country you’re in, don’t use them.
